We sold our house in Bollington through Michael Hart, with Gary Rollinson as our agent. We chose Michael Hart, and Gary specifically, because of his friendly, honest and straightforward approach. Gary is knowledgeable about the market and was bang-on about our pricing - we initially wanted more (of course) but after overpricing ourselves and having to reduce, we ended up selling at exactly the price Gary had advised in the first place. The Michael Hart office were really responsive when we requested that our house be listed ASAP, getting photos and the listing done within a week. Now I'm reading this back to myself, I realise that we were typical annoying first-time sellers, but throughout the process, Gary was friendly, patient, helpful and easy to get along with. He gave great advice and feedback on our viewings, and advice about the market in general, particularly when we were looking to buy our next house, which he helped us out with (even sending us new listings we may not have seen, both from his own and other agents). 10/10 would recommend!

We’ve had an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish selling our house with Michael Hart. We couldn’t recommend Gary Rollinson more - he was polite, friendly, approachable and super knowledgable about the local market. Gary got our house photographed and on the market in record time - the photos Andrew took were fabulous and we had interest immediately. Gary kept us updated every step of the way and sold our house within a week. Gary was also great at liaising with the agent for our onward purchase and both the other agent and our viewers commented how lovely and efficient and responsive he had been to deal with.
We have had dealings with all the local agents in recent years and have had by far the best experience with Michael Hart. Not only was the service amazing but they were very competitive in price too, and lovely genuine people. Please don’t hesitate to list your property with Michael Hart - you won’t regret it!

Absolutely shocking. We booked a viewing with their lettings team. I advised I would need to leave work to make the viewing so confirmed they could actually do it. The person I spoke to seemed very efficient and friendly on the phone so I assumed there would be no issues. We waited for half an hour and nobody turned up, contacted the office via email and nobody even bothered to respond. We then contacted them about another property, received an initial email back then no response. But they seem more than happy to spam me with marketing emails. Appalling, lazy and rude.

Absolute wonderful service from Hart’s Estate Agents Team from start to finish. Helped guide me throughout the whole selling experience as it was not something I had experienced before. Excellent Service
