I would recommend Gary at Micheal Hart to anybody buying or selling a property.
We needed to get our house on the market and sell quickly, but still get the best price. Gary was friendly, efficient, and thorough.
We were kept up to date throughout the process and he went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.
All in all, pretty incredible

Gary and the team handled the sale of our late fathers house. A house that was more than just a house as it was our family home from childhood so was a very emotional and stressful time. From our first meeting it was clear that he knew the local market very well and how to market it to obtain the best price possible as well as the quickest sale. He was true to his word keeping us updated throughout and responding very quickly to my many (often long winded mithering) questions and still managing to keep his patience. Highly recommended company.

Gary and the team at Michael Hart, recently handled the sale of my father’s property.
Completed today ????
From start to finish, the whole process was faultless. Gary provided a precise valuation and had us under offer within a couple of weeks.
He recommended a great Solicitor in Danni, at Wains in Macc, and everything went incredibly smoothly from there.
We were always kept in the loop and any questions he had were answered promptly.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended Gary and the Michael Hart team.
