Excellent service. Very efficient in terms of visiting the property to value it, then taking photos and placing it on the market. Valuation perfect - valued it at more than I expected but achieved their valuation with a great deal of interest generated. Sold within two weeks! Kept me informed of viewings and enquiries. Would definitely recommend Morfitt Smith for their professional service.

Agent who valued the house seemed honest and sincere with food knowledge, not pushy. Price suggested was very close to the sale price we achieved. They had equal lowest fees and stuff a good job with viewings etc.
