Impressed by their preparation in researching local sold prices to ascertain the right price. Very friendly and professional initial meet. Their app to monitor viewings and offers is very useful. Easy to contact and get through to.

Communication was good with emails, text messages and phone calls.
Not the easiest climate to sell a property in with cost of living issues and higher interest rates so it's hard to gauge why it took longer to sell than I expected. Perhaps my expectations were too high as it took about 8 months to sell.

difficult to appraise accurately in such a terrible market.
however, our main issue was around communication. we received only 3 phone calls in 8 months, 2 valuations and 1 to reduce the price. no update on what was happening, what they were doing, what we could do.
also the lack of a functioning website we felt was a disadvantage. although people look at Rightmove etc., they then do look at individual estate agents to follow up, and theirs is out of date and not functioning. this was the case for the whole time we were on the market.
in hindsight, the photos were poor.

Excellent service, highly recommended and very professional agent. They updated me regularly on the progress of any potential buyers. They aLeo arranged and attended all of the viewings so I didn’t have to be involved or do anything to achieve a successful sale value I was very happy with.

Rented through Morfitt Smith and would not use again. They were unreliable and lacklustre with their communication, and only offered cheap hacky quick fixes to any maintenance requests.
They also failed to inform us of a former tenant's illegal activities that had caused the property to be blacklisted by some delivery services. We only found out when the police showed up asking for him after he had turned up to our home a few days before.
Several months after leaving we were billed by the council after the agency delayed the new tenants moving in. They asked the council to charge us for the time difference despite previously agreeing that we wouldn't be responsible for any bills after we handed back the keys.
