difficult to appraise accurately in such a terrible market.
however, our main issue was around communication. we received only 3 phone calls in 8 months, 2 valuations and 1 to reduce the price. no update on what was happening, what they were doing, what we could do.
also the lack of a functioning website we felt was a disadvantage. although people look at Rightmove etc., they then do look at individual estate agents to follow up, and theirs is out of date and not functioning. this was the case for the whole time we were on the market.
