Excellent service. Very efficient in terms of visiting the property to value it, then taking photos and placing it on the market. Valuation perfect - valued it at more than I expected but achieved their valuation with a great deal of interest generated. Sold within two weeks! Kept me informed of viewings and enquiries. Agent who valued the house seemed honest and sincere with food knowledge, not pushy. Price suggested was very close to the sale price we achieved. They had equal lowest fees and stuff a good job with viewings etc.

Communication was good with emails, text messages and phone calls.
Not the easiest climate to sell a property in with cost of living issues and higher interest rates so it's hard to gauge why it took longer to sell than I expected. Perhaps my expectations were too high as it took about 8 months to sell.

difficult to appraise accurately in such a terrible market.
however, our main issue was around communication. we received only 3 phone calls in 8 months, 2 valuations and 1 to reduce the price. no update on what was happening, what they were doing, what we could do.
also the lack of a functioning website we felt was a disadvantage. although people look at Rightmove etc., they then do look at individual estate agents to follow up, and theirs is out of date and not functioning. this was the case for the whole time we were on the market.
in hindsight, the photos were poor.
