Leanne ,I'd like to start by saying a massive thank you for all your help! If it wasn't for you and Alex I think I would still be in Grimsby!
The whole process took approximately 8 months to complete.
8 months where Leanne was available to us 24/7 ( I'm sure she doesn't sleep lol)
Amazing communication throughout the whole process where she would contact every single person in the chain and would come back to me within minutes.
The reassurance, the patience and the professionalism is honestly amazing.
I've cried and I've laughed so much throughout the process and Leanne was always there for me and my family.
If above and beyond was a person that would be Leanne.
If you are thinking of buying or selling a house and are looking for a down to earth team , Kestrel is your estate agent!
I just couldn't recommend them enough.
I cannot put into words all the help and support this amazing team gave me and my family.
Even after the collection of the keys, Leanne kept in touch , asking if we were okay and if we were settled in.

We tried to sell two properties with them, the first one sold but their service was not great, they constantly let us down regarding the second sale & we eventually went elsewhere.
