Luke has communicated well through out the process of renewing the tenants lease and I have been comfortable with my conversations with him. I feel that he has been fair to both myself and the tenant.

Samuel estates recently took over the management of our two rental properties and so far, I have been impressed by the service received. Most of my contact has been with Whitney, who has been nothing but superb in her help. The accounts team also are on top of sending rent payments swiftly and Luke who has recently been involved with negotiating a rent increase with our existing tenants has executed this in an efficient manner so all in all an improvement in service from that received by Laurels whose service deteriorated and sold their lettings arm to Samuel estates without informing all of their clients with a weeks' notice of transfer.
