Since Samuel Estates Management took over the management of my flat, I have received nothing but exceptional, first-class service. From the very start, when my property was passed to Suzanne Ball, she immediately grasped the details of my rental property and tenants and took full control with professionalism and efficiency.
Suzanne has always kept me updated, yet at the same time has dealt with issues directly without unnecessary involvement on my part — exactly the balance a landlord hopes for in a managing agent. I have found her communication clear, timely, and reassuring, which has given me complete peace of mind. Suzanne has also gone that extra mile for me when I have called about certain concerns and she has assisted me, albeit out of her working hours. I thank you, Suzanne.
What truly sets Samuel Estates Management apart is their proactive approach. They contacted me regarding the new Tenant’s Bill that the Government was and is contemplating and enacting at a later date, ensuring that I was informed and fully prepared. They even arranged a dedicated webinar for landlords to explain the potential impact of the Bill — something many other agents have not done, (and I know this for a fact from friends who are landlords themselves and who had no idea about the incoming new Bill - their managing agents havng not told them about!) and a clear example of the value they place on keeping landlords informed.
Overall, I cannot recommend Samuel Estates highly enough. They provide a rare combination of professionalism, personal care, and forward-thinking service that makes them stand out as truly excellent managing agents.

Be careful using this agent in Colliers Wood. We had a property manager called Jade, who seemed friendly and helpful at first but on check out disputed our deposit and refused to change the check out appointment so we could attend which led to us having to go through an extended battle through the deposit scheme (we managed to get most it back thankfully). I would suggest that anyone deciding to rent using this agent takes throughout photos of all damages and issues in the property they rent and meticulously records them, emailing the agent immediately. Despite us informing them on arrival that most of the furniture was broken, the landlord refused to repair or replace it and then on check out the report stated this was new. Effectively they used a different check out process to the check in, did not share any of the reports from interim 6 monthly inspections and then tried to claim at the end of the tenancy that issues caused by the previous tenant were ours to fix. We transparently included in our application that we dog sit regularly for a friend and our application was accepted but the agent failed to notify the landlord who then stated that we had breached our contract. Jade and the team may seem friendly (when they are trying to get your money) but they only have their landlords interests in mind. The properties themselves have really poor ventilation and despite the car park being ‘secure’ a car was stolen in the space right next to ours & no cameras are installed in the area. Rent here at risk.

Poor experience. Enquired about a rental property. Chased for over a week, received one response and despite chasing multiple times since I received no answer. Wouldn’t recommend letting your property with this company and they won’t be chasing leads. Poor from Amanda and Stefano. Will be avoiding this company in the future.

We rented through Samuel Estate for roughly 6 years. We can't speak highly enough of Jade, our property manager. She and her team at Samuel Estate were always helpful, approachable, and always assisted us with any queries or concerns during our tenancy. When it came time to move out, Jade made the entire leaving procedure l smooth and straightforward, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend them.
