Had a great experience with Samuel Estates from start to finish with our rental. Jade as our property manager has been fantastic all the way through, very responsive to us when we had questions, helped resolve issues with the provided white goods and other repairs that were required, none of the costs of which were passed onto us. Incredibly fair with charges during the check out process & breaking the tenancy early, essentially we only had to pay for our professional cleaning and our whole deposit was returned. All in all I would highly recommend using Samuel Estates.... Read more
