Dreadful Estate Agent. To start with, they made a tenancy agreement with the wrong address, which then forced my to change all documents again. When I moved in the flat was filthy, although they declared that it had been professionally cleaned and when I moved out they requested me to have it professionally cleaned otherwise they wouldn't give me my deposit back. Never did any proper repair in the flat or maintenance of communal areas. To be avoided!

Terrible experience with this agency. They were responsible for losing my first property after a 5 month process. Almost the week before the contract was due to be exchanged, they lied through their teeth and made an excuse not to go through with the sale. The next day the property is back on Rightmove and another offer is going through. Very suspicious so avoid with all costs.

We want to call your attention to our Samuel Estates' property manager for our flat who helped to us, in case you haven't noticed recently. We have been very impressed with her organizational and interpersonal skills.
For the past six months or so we have had a couple of emergencies which we could not have handled from the US without her help. She also has been prompt in responding to our emails, taking the initiative to bring together various persons in solving the problems. We find her to be very professional, conscientious and always pleasant.
This was our first experience with Samuel Estates in managing our flat and have been very happy and grateful for the services.

Seamless process for moving in London, which can be a stressful experience. Good quality of property, and like the peace of mind of having a property manager who picks up and deals with any issues quickly. Online tool makes moving process smooth. I recently moved into my first one bedroom flat, having previously only lived in shared flats. Bit scary of course - but I found a lovely place managed by Samuel Estates, and made a rental offer immediately after viewing. I did need to chase a few times to get all the required information & details on time (likely due to the pandemic!), but the staff is lovely and helpful - particularly Jessica and Chi. They manage the property as well, and arranged very quickly for two minor issues to be fixed when I flagged them after moving in.
