The team at S&B were excellent and our move would not have gone ahead without them. They all helped at different points of the process and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We want to say a huge thank you to Chris, Yasmin and the rest of the team for getting our sale through. Chris and Yasmin are excellent sales people and have the best personality for it. Once we accepted an offer, Chris called us weekly to check in on progress which was appreciated. There were a few issues along the way due to our lease, but Chris kept everyone calm and stopped our buyers from pulling out. Also, the photos of our flat were fantastic and we had a lot of say in where they were taken and which we preferred, which I don’t think many other agents have time to offer. Would throughly recommend.

We recently purchased our first home via Stack & Bonner. Yasmin was great during the first viewing and then Chris was excellent throughout the process - he was always at hand to answer our questions and very proactive in making sure ourselves, the sellers and both sets of solicitors were keeping the ball rolling. Would definitely recommend!
