We had a fantastic experience selling and buying a home with Alec, Anthony and the Theydons team. After speaking to a few different estate agents, we chose Anthony to represent our property as we knew that he could be engaging and knowledgeable with buyers without overselling or being pushy. Theydons did a great job of the photos and ad, with a huge attention to detail and holding us to a high standard! Our property received an offer within a week of being on the market. We also then found our new property via Theydons, and Alec was an absolute star: keeping us updated, chasing down solicitors, and essentially bringing an element of calm and common sense to everyone involved through what was (at times) a very stressful experience. We would not hesitate to work with the Theydons team again. Thank you!
