When they're good they can be very good. But when they're bad they are very poor. Over the years that I grew up in Leytonstone, Theydons has assisted me with my first move and sale and so it continued for years, eg. asking them for solicitor advice and using their other services successfully. All good. But it all came tumbling down when I asked for my latest house to be valued, only to be told that they don't want me to waste their time if I have another agency in mind! What?? Am I not free to ask around and look for a more favourable valuation, fees and compare quotes etc?? I was quite shocked by the Sale's teams attitude towards me. They appeared to hold it against me for using another agency the last time I moved and they remembered it! So in my opinion the current Sales team is not upholding the values with which I once knew Theydons to be, ie. unprofessional!

Over the past 10 years I have rented and bought through Theydons, they have rented my house out and managed it and sold it. I cannot fault them, every aspect of their service either as a client or a tenant/buyer has been highly professional and they have excellent local knowledge. I would use them every time

The team at Theydons are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They advised well on the rent I could get and what the demand was like - they were spot on. I decided to have my property fully managed by them and I am so glad that I did. Would recommend them without reservation.

Alec and James are really knowledgeable helpful, professional and friendly. They achieved the price the valuation price. Theydons has been on the high street for many years, in fact I used them for my last house sale 20odd years ago. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend Theydons for any sellers and buyers. Vicky

My husband and I recently sold our property with Theydons. After researching a number of estate agents, they were definitely the best value for money. Service was always prompt, professional and easy to deal with. If you are lucky enough to get James, you’ll be getting an excellent service. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
