I needed to lease out a property on behalf of an elderly relative and had no idea how to go about it. I chose THW as they happened to be on the high street in Kendal. As a walk-in I was expecting to need to make an appointment but I was welcomed in to take a seat there and then. The person who advised me that day was the same person who then took on my lease arrangements. I expected paperwork, lots of back and forth, but the process was stress free, fast, smooth and most of all friendly with great correspondence. I was never left hanging wondering where we were in the process or what was happening. I have had a very positive experience here which is not that usual these days!
