We were delighted with the cheerful, willing assistance of the THW Kirkby Lonsdale team when we were purchasing our house. They liaised promptly with the vendors whenever we had a query, or wished for further viewings, and were always there on the end of the telephone when we rang the office. Also, we had been interested in a house in Grange, and Anna at THW's Grange office was SO helpful and tried her hardest to secure a deal. It was not to be, but that was through no fault of Anna's.

We have also used THW's Residential Letting Service and have, again, found the staff extremely helpful and supportive, and checked prospective tenants thoroughly. Equally, we feel the tenants were well supported by THW, and if problems arose during a tenancy, say with domestic items in our flat breaking, THW were quick to advise and arrange speedy repair.
