No viewings, then called by another agent to say they are closing. Few days later, had a letter from the other agent confirming it!
Called WH, who confirmed it! Shouldn’t clients be informed first? Was putting sale on hold anyway until after Christmas as the market is flat. Another agent has had no sales since May!

First class estate agents, constantly in touch with updates and the all the staff are so proffessional and super friendly. I would highly recommend William and Hedge.

I’ve used many estate agents over the last thirty years but none compare to William Hedge in Paignton, they were first class from start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with their team always professional and helpful, I’d highly recommend to anyone, the one thing your guaranteed is STANDARDS

I would not recommend this company. They were keen to get my business. So I agreed to do businesses, at the point of sale I asked will my house show on your website, oh yes I was told. After 2 weeks I checked to see if it was on and found it wasn't, so I rang and was told "the person who put them on the internet left, so it's been missed, I will get it done. Then I left a message for the guy who did valuation to contact me asap, after 6 weeks no reply came. I also asked what they were doing to try and sell, I asked how many of the enquiries you've had have you followed up on, there was no acceptable reply. After 6 months I decided the service was not what I had been told and moved to another agent. I do not feel Williams Hedge did enough work to try and sell

Very friendly and professional, doing a lot behind the scenes. Explained things in terms I could easily understand.

They were very knowledgeable about the property market, the area in which we were selling the bungalow and how to present the property for marketing. They kept us in touch without being intrusive and when an offer was made, have kept us up to date on going information.
