14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

9th Jun 2019 (5 years ago)Do not trust this company. We dealt with the previous iteration of the owners company and are now being left to clean up their mess. We should have gotten rid of them sooner.... leaving this review in the hope that other landlords won’t have to deal with the loss of over £2000 in rental payments plus the stress of figuring out what to do with our tenant now... even with the loss of rent I still may have left a good review if Amanda and Craig has worked with us to help figure things out (or even provide the tenants details) but the only response to any communication that we have is to essentially gloat that their old company doesn’t exist and there is no recourse for us. Pretty poor behaviour for a human being never mind a business owner.

If your buying a property and DM Hall have done the home report please please check everything as they just tick everything off as ok without checking and from what I hear they take payments from sellers to make reports more attractive. Just check everything as they are not to be trusted.

From organising the survey, photos and advertising, through to conducting most of the viewings, Gary was extremely approachable and professional at all times. We felt very comfortable with him showing people around our house and he did this with the utmost respect. This all resulted in a successful sale and happy customers!

This agent doesn't have any reviews- 24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Was told one of the most stressful things is sell property, After contacting Kenny from Housespotters, he expertly took control, arranging everything, and leaving me stress free, two weeks later flat sold, well over asking the price, Kenny kept in contact all the way through the sale and was there if I needed any questions asked, would highly recommened Housespotters, especially Kenny, definitely value for money.
