Although quite a bit more expensive than other property sellers, I was keen to sell my flat as I had tried three times previously unsuccessfully with another Aberdeen based agent. That MFL used Rightmoves was also a plus (Aberdeen agents generally don’t as they sell through ASPC). Very pleased to say my flat sold within a month - never would have imagined it! ... Read more

McEwan Fraser sold my house on the second viewing, above the asking price. Their aftersales support and legal team were efficient and so house went on the market towards the end of May and completion was 3rd August, a very quick turnaround. You pay a bit more but the service was exceptional.... Read more

Although they have no physical office presence in Aberdeen, they were able to facilitate marketing,advertising and viewing well. Emails and phone calls were handled ok. My property was in Aberdeen, they are Edinburgh based, both my solicitors and I are in Glasgow. They would have preferred that I used their legal services rather than my own solicitor.... Read more
