23rd Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)We have recently been in a very difficult position as my mam was evicted from The Slipway, Whitehaven. The Grisedales team, especially Debs and Daria have been fantastic in helping us rent and then buy a property within 4 weeks. They went above and beyond what would be expected of an estate agents. Would definitely recommend using their services.

Special shout out to Louise for continuously supporting us and helping us make our dream into a reality. Also Hillary you were right when you said you thought we’d buy it because we did! You really put into perspective what we could do with the house to really make it our new home. Thank you all so very much!!!
20th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)PFK have worked as a close-knit team, able to answer questions, instigate viewings, take pro-active decisions and actions to ensure that they have achieved excellent results. A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. We cannot mark them less than excellent.

I live in the US, so much of the communication had to happen via WhatsApp, but that went fine - Mark was always quick to respond and clear about all the details.
