3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)As a cash buyer ready to pull the plug, had a genuine interest in a currently listed property, dealing with Hayward Tod has quickly taken my interest away.<br><br>Communication extremely poor, having to chase up answers to genuine questions (about the leasehold and lpg) multiple times yet to no avail, just getting ignored now. Another ‘middleman’ estate agent.<br><br>Leah and Carla thanks for wasting my time.

Nothing was too much trouble for them and they often went out of their way to help a newbie at selling my house. I found out I was pregnant a day or two after we had our house valued and couldn’t keep my gob shut, so told Jess almost immediately! She was so kind and helpful, always checking in and doing her absolute best to get us moved in before baby arrived. Despite literally everything taking AGES, Jess and Clare both absolutely battled for me and my husband and got us moved in when I was 38.5 weeks pregnant. Enormous and bloated, but still buzzing and running around like an idiot when I was presented with the keys.<br><br>Honestly, these two and all of the Your Move Wigton team helped in so many ways, we will forever be grateful. (Oh and I went into labour with baby less than 48 hours after moving in!)
