   I recently sold and purchased a house through the Kinver office. It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email. Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries. Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn.    I have been a tenant through Eden estates twice and have nothing but good things to say. No hassle throughout either tenancy. Helpful and felt looked after if there were any issues with the properly. My landlord was also great and a pleasure to deal with even if not directly. Thank you for the few years in the house....     Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to.
