Simply magnificent from start to finish. I would never have believed that an estate agency could perform at this level. I sold my house on Anglesey using Iwan and Dafydd. The first buyer dropped out, and they organised multiple new viewings within the week, managing everything perfectly until the sale completed. I achieved a great price, and felt extremely well supported during the sale. I originally had my house valued by multiple agents a year before deciding to sell. We can honestly say that our experience with these agents was a delight. They were professional to the highest level but with an injection of warmth, humour and dedication to the cause. Proactive to the core as these were the only agents we got real telephone calls from suggesting properties we might like rather than the bulk emails other agents sent out. They are property sellers and buyers "matchmakers" ! Calls and emails were repsonded to very quickly. Start to completion took just 7 weeks with them acting as middle men between the solicitors and giving them a friendly nudge when required. Nothing was too much trouble for Dafydd and Iwan...we dealt more with Iwan on this occasion and he was so dedicated to getting us across the winning line ..giving the total customer wrap. What can I say about my experience with Joan Hopkins? Right from the start they were a delight to deal with, from my initial conversation with Iwan regarding a valuation (when he assured me he would sell the property quickly - as you would expect!), to my conversations with Dafydd. Both were readily available and very professional and quick to provide follow up after viewings. This is something that you would expect form an agent as standard but all too often I have had to chase other agents which is very frustrating at what is a very stressful time. Iwan went beyond what I expected, making sure the property was in the optimal state for viewings and ready for completion. As Iwan promised, the house was sold quickly (we even had an offer before it went on the market), and we had a sale within a week. Thank you so much to Iwan and Daffyd, I couldn’t have appointed better people to sell our our house - both from a people and business perspective - great service and wonderful, attentive people.... Fantastic Service, professional advice, easy to deal with. My husband and I decided to sell our property in Anglesey and whilst happy to show people around the house, we felt it a sensible option to use a professional to help guide us through the process. Iwan visited and gave us advice on the best way to present the property. The day he visited initially was a cloudy day and whilst he took some great pictures, he was more than happy to return when the sun was out to take more pictures of the garden.
