16th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)I feel a little harsh about the valuation score but they were off by £40k. The market is clearly difficult to judge at the moment. This however, is the only blemish in a very positive experience and to be fair, it's not really their fault.

2nd Aug 2024 (10 mo. ago)We found the whole team to be very professional and hard working in securing a successful outcome for us. We felt the valuation was realistic and in line with our thinking - and therefore achievable. We found the team dealing with the viewings friendly, helpful and proactive and available quite late in the day if needed. We were asked by friends on Anglesey about our experience in selling our property and were able recommend the Dafydd Hardy team wholeheartedly.

25th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service
