I was struggling to find a property to rent. A friend & I called lloyds office on the off chance off finding somewhere. I'm so pleased we did. Jonny Scotland from the warrington branch couldn't have been more helpful. He found me a property, arranged the viewing & from there he looked after me every step of the way. I worried about everything & pestered him everyday over silly things. He listened & constantly offered his support by putting my mind at rest, constantly telling me he was only a text or a phone call away if I had any further worries. I can't recommend lloyds estate agents in Warrington enough, especially Jonny Scotland. He was a pleasure to do business with. Anyone looking to rent a property, he's the man to speak to.... Their fast & efficient Tenant-Finding service was amazing. I let 4 properties in less than two months in November & December using them. Payments were prompt, service was friendly & helpful but not pushy as I did not require the many other services they offer. Do not use these people are right what they are saying in the reviews they are making money out of fees that you pay telling you that you have the house then you don't and then phoning back saying yeah you can have it. £180 they took and told me it was an admin fee only to find that night that you pay another £19.20 Each to a company that does all the checks. They have now removed their Facebook page As they are ashamed of the reviews we put on why remove your face book page if you have nothing to hide as I said on the phone I will distoy your business I know a lot of people in warrington 27 years I've lived here and worked with a lot of other good agents in the area though my business so I will be promoting for other people to use one of the well know agents not a bloody back street one that's for sure...
