He has vast knowledge of local areas as he is a lifelong local himself. He has experience in property itself and has a decent level of seeing a problem that an average buyer might not see, he's very honest, if he thinks you have exceeded the price of your property when selling he will politely. advise, he is not pushy, he is very witty and we love his company. He sold our house the first day of viewings. We highly recommend Aled Falcon. ?????
