12th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)I went with Cymru as I bought my home off them and they were the only estate agent who offered a video tour along with a floor plan,which was a bit basic compared to the offer of estate agents in Cardiff who do 360 degree videos and doll house style plans but better than the others were offering in the area. They were good with arranging viewings but definitely think they over valued to get my business and then encouraged me to reduce and ultimately take a lower offer again. On the plus side they were cheap but do think all estate agents in the area need to up their game with their online packs
27th Mar 2024 (17 weeks ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.

22nd May 2023 (1 year ago)The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The photographs and brochure were very good and probably contributed to a quick sale. They responded very quickly with the initial visit to discuss the sale and then a little later when I was ready to sell. I felt their communication to me on sale progress could have been a bit slicker but overall very happy with the service they offered.

Carl and Emma kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend.- 8th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)A gap in viewings on occasion but otherwise staff friendly and helpful. Not many staff available on Saturdays and only open morning.

18th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)We cannot thank Sam and Amy at the Llanelli branch enough for their amazing friendly service! Amy met us for our viewing and showed us round the property and answering any questions! She was so lovely and friendly and really made us feel at ease. Sam then helped us with the application process which for first time renters we found some parts difficult but Sam helped us through the process answering some of our panicked calls with such a calm and informative manner! All in all we have managed to secure our first rental property through Dawsons and this would not have been possible without Amy and Sam. From our viewing to our application being approved it was less than a week! Thank you so much ladies! :)

She went above and beyond, showing us a range of houses and rearranging her days to fit all of our requests in. She was always available at the end of the phone or email throughout the purchase process. Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally understanding of our needs as a family and went above and beyond in helping us through the process. Can't recommend them enough! 4th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)i was very disapointed with morgan and davies no feed back and no effort beign made by them only 2 viewings in 6 monthe changed my estate agent and have had 3 viewing in 1 week plus good feed back for example they give me the name of the people who are viewing the property etc etc where as morgan and davies did not confidentiality according to them what a load of bull i would not recommend this estate agent to anyone very disapointed

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job.
