This was a particularly difficult and emotional time, and the team at Tempo Estates were consistently sympathetic, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

Profile Homes marketed and sold our property and are top class estate agents, we have no hesitation in recommending them, and have already done so, to our friends interested in selling. Some of the brilliant things they did: They accurately and beautifully marketed our property and constantly monitored online interest, occasionally changing our online information to increase uptake. They filtered out tyre kickers and did accompanied viewings. This meant we could carry on with things like holidays not worrying we were missing out on potential buyers. They always gave immediate feedback from viewings and guided us on any offers made. They liaised with our solicitors and other Agents in a chain of properties below us. We are a retired couple and were selling our property to down size, and our sale would have always involve a chain. Without Sue and Les the long chain would not have completed successfully, they know the business and worked wonders. Selling and buying property always involves costs, but their bill is one cost we are indeed very happy to pay! Thank you Sue and Les you have been wonderful.

22nd May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
9th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.
28th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.
14th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.
