22nd May 2025 (8 weeks ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.

28th May 2025 (7 weeks ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.

18th Jan 2025 (25 weeks ago)Review on Llanelli Branch Viewing arranged and no viewing on their system. Another viewing cancelled, 2 reasons given person off sick and the person wishing to view cancelled. Never informed of viewing cancellation. Being told we won't speak to you, your name is not on our system. Totally incompetent. No communication. Not answering phone and even when you left a message never rang back. Many excuses given to why this wasn't done. Not informed that the Llanelli office would be closed. Feedback was only given when they eventually answered the phone. Avoid using them. Find other estate agents.

They have always been very responsive and proactive, providing us with excellent service. 26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

12th May 2025 (9 weeks ago)From first appraisal right through to completion I couldn't fault them. Ceri was by far the more diligent and prepared of all estate agents I had come around and it was an easy decision to make. Becky I know worked hard in bringing in viewings and trying to ultimately sell, then during the sales process she did everything she could to make it as smooth and stress free as possible. I both bought and sold my house through West Wales and can highly recommend on both sides of the process.

They were always very responsive with queries and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a polite and efficient estate agency.

4th Jun 2025 (6 weeks ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!
