Dowena then refused to pay the legal fees despite the agreement costing me over £400 in fees for nothing. Very immoral company.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

From first contact, the valuation, photography, brochure preparation, first viewing and receipt of an offer for full asking price took less than 3 weeks. Sales Manager Rachel Smiles was especially helpful in giving advice on content of the sales brochure and her friendly staff in arranging the 2 viewings by first interested party. We would highly recommend this agency to value and sell your property quickly at its true market value.
