Tailored and catered to your needs. Everything checked and in order with the landlords so as a tenant you get to rent good properties that are well maintained with correct certificates for all appliances/gas etc. I would highly recommend there services to renters/prospective landlords buyers and sellers. We had 8 agents round to value our period property and Louise and Will were so knowledgeable, honest and friendly. We just knew they were the right agent for us. The house was marketed well, with great photos, and we got a good offer only two weeks after going on the market, with a completion within three months. Louise was a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed every step of the way. She is honest and reliable, has a wealth of experience, and made the entire process so easy for us.
