We needed to find somewhere to live rental wise within 8 weeks and they found us the perfect flat. Everything went so smoothly and within 4 weeks we found our perfect home. They made the most stressful situation so calm. If anything went wrong or needed to be addressed they dealt with it as soon as possible. A massive thankyou to Phil and the team for their help. We will be back when we require a mortgage!

I’ve used @home as my letting agent for some years so they seemed an obvious choice to handle the sale when the time came.

Damion Kennedy dealt with the disposal and quickly identified two serious potential buyers which enabled him to negotiate the full asking price.

I took @home’s recommendation with regard to appointing a solicitor and this proved to be a good choice.

The commission asked by @home was in line with what I expected and their advice throughout was sound.

The sale was not, in itself, particularly complex but there were difficulties and delays that were outside of our control which Damion was able to minimise and his calm approach to the various problems was a great help, particularly to me who was, at times, very jumpy to say the least!

By keeping the momentum going, we made it in good time and, on reflection, any mistakes that were made were of my making when I ignored the advice that was given by my agent.

I’m very happy with the job that was done and would recommend @home to anyone letting or selling a property.
