Terrible details and photographs, a child could do better. Office never open.
Learnt after the property was sold that she never contacted the first people who had put in an offer to give them chance to come back with an increased offer.
Website should have been a warning not to list with her as its appalling.
Not sure how she is still trading!... Read more

The photos of the home looked like they had been taken with a potato, and featured a photo of her for some bizarre reason. We offered on a house and had the offer accepted but then found out via her unprofessional Facebook post on a community site that she had sold the house to another party, we were not offered the chance to increase our offer. More the fool her as there was plenty more available that would have meant her commission earnings would have been higher. There was never any staff in the office to discuss the situation. She also at the time had property on her website that she was no longer marketing, we know this as it was our neighbours house! AVOID AVOID AVOID!... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
