Kathleen at Fulfords beyond above and beyond for us with our property purchase. When solicitors weren't coming back to us and being difficult she went out of her way to chase them up and constantly kept us in the loop with everything that was going out. By far the best estate agent we have ever dealt with and we definitely wouldn't have got into our property as quickly without all her help. We had an awful experience with another estate agents in the area when trying to buy a previous property so we had pretty much lost all faith in them but she very much as restored all of this now! Failed to turn up to allow my self and wife to view a property.
We phoned the office, who said agent was a few minutes away. Still no sign 25minuttes after appointment so called the office and cancelled viewing, felt sorry for the sellers who may have missed asale.

I have just sold my property with Fulfords in Exmouth and they were excellent throughout. The lawyers made it a very difficult and lengthy process, mainly because it was an older building and occupied by long term tenants. However, Fulfords were always available for advice especially when I had questions about the history of the property. They sorted tradesmen when reports were required and maintained contact with the Lawyers.
Special thanks go to Kathleen and Barry who were priceless because I do not live in the area.

I have sold two properties with Fulfords since 2015. The lovely Kathleen supported me along the way, explaining the process and treating me as an individual. Communication was excellent and staff were attentive, unlike another agent who continued opening his post while I was giving him my details - needless to say he didn't get my business! During my most recent move I was hospitalised and Kathleen arranged a delay in completion for me. I really felt she did all she could to help me, as did her colleagues. Big thank you to Fulfords!

Lily and team helped us let out our bungalow in Exmouth. The property needed some updating and Fulfords have their own maintenance company, so they were able to coordinate the work whilst finding a tenant.
We were kept updated when viewings were happening and a tenant was quickly found and moved in as soon as the paint was dry!
So, off to a great start, fingers crossed for the future!

Fantastic place, fantastic people. Moved down to sunny Exmouth from Portsmouth and Kathleen and Barry couldn't have been more helpful. Phone calls every week with progress updates, always there to reassure and answer questions. Really can't thank them enough.
