Stayed in Earl’s Court for 1 year with Inverness Properties. Definitely the best estate agents I have stayed with during my time as a student - all problems in the house were fixed very quickly (mostly on the same day in fact) and were very responsive. No hidden charges or strange scams that other estate agents do. Treat them nicely and you’ll be treated well! Thank you Ali and team for providing such a great experience for me in London!... Inverness Properties is home in London to me. I’ve stayed with them for about 3-4 years after recommendation from a friend. & throughout all the years, they were always so welcoming, helped me throughout the process, and were very understanding as I was a student. The properties are well maintained and if anything is wrong, they’re always a call away, and respond very quickly! I really enjoyed my stay in London thanks to them! High quality agency. It took us 1 day to move in and sign all the documents. Check out was quick as well, agency checked the room and gave us deposit in full. While our stay they were constantly checking if everything is in good condition and quite quickly replacing in case wasn't working. Very personalised and friendly attitude to every tenant, just a comparison, before we walked in this agency, we have visited another agency just next door and they made us wait for 1h and the attitude was like if we were rubbish asking for a shelter.
