Horrible, irresponsible, unserious and worst agents I had to deal with. They showed up half an hour late despite booking me in an hour in advance and I had let her know I have a hard stop at 12:45pm. I wasted 2 hours of my time and I had to Uber an hour to not be late to meetings and couldn’t even see the flat because they have no staff.

I have rented a property through them and have been in it for three months. Just a month ago my ceiling started leaking and it took the property management team and contractors a month to find out what the problem was, at the cost of drilling six holes in my ceiling. The leak was found to be coming from upstairs and the upstairs was not informed. The management team told me that the problem was solved for the time being, but the next day there was a massive leak when water was being used upstairs. Also there was dust falling from the holes. The windows and doors were closed and cold air was leaking through the holes. I have not heard back since Thursday when I was asked for a repair time.
This has affected our normal life for the whole month. I was really disappointed with the way their property management team handled the problem. I asked for the landlord's contact information once before but the management team did not give it to me.

The team at this branch of Winkworth are all extremely helpful and professional and I have always felt extremely well-looked after by them, first as a landlord when they were managing a property on my behalf and then as a vendor when selling that same property. On the other hand the letting negotiator was really bad and that’s why I gave 3 stars as she stressed me out so much. Otherwise, it’s a good agency would recommend just be aware of the lettings negotiators.
