Earlier this year we had to find temporary rented accommodation in a hurry and The Property Album were really helpful. They listened to our needs and found us a flat in W2 that included parking, a pool and a gym!
We had also been searching for nearly a year for a place to buy and the agency came up trumps again. The flat purchase hit loads of problems - lease extension, service charge clarification. Throughout, Tony was the picture of patience, guiding us through all the hurdles.
We have moved home a few times over the years and, while we thought we could cope with most problems that arise, the complications with the purchase of this flat made us nearly give up on it - twice.
Glad we didn't because we have just completed and we're so pleased we now have a home to move into soon.
Thank you to Tony, Anthony and the whole team at The Property Album!... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
