Clyde have let a young family live in a flat riddled with black mould which has been ongoing for four years. The damp was so bad the radiator fell off the wall in the baby's room which could have seriously hurt them. Terrible service. Do not rent from here.... Read more

A letting agent with no respect for tenants or Scottish law. Disgraceful that they believe they can collect their cut of the rent month after month without investing what is needed to being their homes up to the standard required under the Housing act. If you're happy to live with mould and damp then maybe these are the guys for you.... Read more

I like their online portal to know exactly who would be viewing and their response after. Experience overall was faultless. From getting my home valued to visiting their office and throughout the whole selling process. Their video clip makes a huge difference to how your property looks and helps to get buyers in. We had 23 viewings and 8 offers and we went to closing date in 3 days.
