looking at the reviews , i must be the odd one out . Maybe the office was having a bad day . I was trying to buy , and the communication from the office was almost zero. Maybe i feel a little angry that an offer was accepted although i had already put an offer in and was waiting to see if it went to closing . I asked the office if i increased my offer would the client re consider and was told NO because there were more viewings this weekend and the client wanted to see what the level of interest would be . Without going into details or naming anyone , i feel that the office made assumptions as to what i would do and never picked up the phone to speak to me . I feel sorry for the client as i am pretty sure i would have out bid.?... Read more

Perhaps a bit harsh on estate agents (EAs) in general, however I used to approach the EA's with expectations not exactly sky high, sorry EAs. However this all changed after my recent dealing with Countrywide North@Clarkston. I found the service to be excellent and their approach extremely professional and efficient. Angela and her team were very good and prompt at communicating with me as the buyer. Viewing and my other requests were dealt with promptly and was always kept in the know. The most I appreciate is their knowledge of the market conditions, which in my opinion is vital to the EA business, and I am certain this knowledge helped close the deal for us and secure a fantastic family home.
