By Far the BEST estate agency in Glasgow. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Lewis (the area manager) and he completely loves what he does. Lewis has gone out his way to come see multiple properties with us, and advise on what work should be undertaken to ensure the properties are desirable for future sale. Clyde are not about flipping properties. They really do care and have a wealth of knowledge. Having dealt with almost every other estate agent in glasgow West End, i can honestly say that Clyde Property (and in particualr Lewis) are head and shoulers above the rest. Keep up the brilliant work!!

Travelled 4 hours to come to a house viewing only to be kicked out after 5 minutes (without offer of another viewing) as they found someone sleeping in the house! Also didn’t realise there would be 4 families visiting at once - needless to say we were all disappointed ???????????

What I expected to be a very stressful process was completely taken out of my hands and dealt with so efficiently with very regular communication. We were selling a rented flat with a tenant still residing there. Stuart and Caroline in particular made sure that everything went smoothly. The tenant was dealt with respectfully and kept informed of developments. They organised all the viewings, I didn’t have to do a thing. I was very impressed, so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, thanks guys!

Experience overall was faultless. From getting my home valued to visiting their office and throughout the whole selling process.

Their video clip makes a huge difference to how your property looks and helps to get buyers in. We had 23 viewings and 8 offers and we went to closing date in 3 days.

Everyone was very helpful and you deal with people at a senior level when you need to make decisions. All in all our personal experience was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone in this area.
