Ryder & Dutton were professional from the valuation of our property, negotiation of the sale & completion. They provide you with a realistic valuation of your property & do not over inflate the sale price in order to secure your business like some of the other local estate agents. Laura Chadderton as our Senior Negotiator was fantastic, she kept us updated & informed every step of the way. She worked really hard to secure our selling price from the buyers. Laura was on top of any issues that arose, ensuring the process ran as smooth as possible, even jolting along our buyers Solicitor. I cannot recommend her & her team members highly enough & would certainly use them again, if we hadn’t moved out of the area.... Read more

Ryder and Dutton were great from the offset, Tony came out to do the evaluation, he was really friendly and answered all our questions. Chloe took amazing pictures, we sold on the same day as we went live and Ryan and Sol answered all our queries and dealt with everything on the day. On the day of moving we had many problems with our buyer demanding keys, Laura was literally fantastic throughout, she even offered to speak to me out of hours I needed it, literally went above and beyond. We accepted an offer which we thought was a cash offer I.e. no borrowing but it turned out a lender was involved. The lenders, via the purchasers solicitor, kept asking odd questions and as we answered one they raised another unrelated question. Ryan from Ryder & Dutton tried to determine why they were being so slow in dealing with the matter. It took 3 months to complete on a terraced property with a very long lease and we can’t understand the reluctance to accept our answers to their questions as they had the deeds etc.Ryan kept on top of the matter and remained very professional throughout. We sold our house with Ryder and Dutton and I would highly recommend them. The whole team were great from start to finish, from the initial valuation (Amy came having done lots of research about prices in the area beforehand), the photographer Chloe was amazing! Georgia did all the viewings and worked her socks off. Laura Chadderton was our negotiator who managed the whole process, she achieved a sale over our asking price and then guided it to complete quickly and without a hitch. She was always contactable, very helpful and a reassuring voice when I was having a wobble. Having seen how much effort Laura put into managing our sale I would never attempt to try and sell a house myself, the price she achieved for us within days of our house going on the market means the fee was worth every penny....
