Nicol & Co delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. The channel of communication remained open from the moment we had our property valued by Robin to when we collected the keys at completion.
They allowed us to view properties that were on their books but were not yet on the market and it was one of these that we are now lucky enough to call our home.
It was actually Matt Nicol who was in the hot seat when we sold our house and it came as a result of him following up with previously interested parties after we decided to drop out asking price slightly.
Once at the stage of completing legal documentation Nicol & Co sent an employee to our house to ensure it was done correctly, thus avoiding any delays further down the line. This was an unexpected bonus that was hugely appreciated.
The sales progression team were exceptionally helpful and Odette was able to guide us through answering the inquiries we received from our purchasers and Coral ensured the solicitors were working towards the timeline we had requested.
Nicol & Co were there to guide us at every step of the process and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

We decided to sell during a pandemic and the estate agents couldn't have been more helpful. They were very proactive and found solutions to any issue's that arose due to social distancing and communicated well throughout.

Nicoll and co staff are all Incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication has been excellent and Robin especially went the extra mile to help and reassure us during the process. Would definitely recommend as they are unlike any other estate agent I have used before.

The best selling experience we have ever had. All the Droitwich team communicated before and after every viewing. We found them to be honest and straightforward with regard to the price achievable. Professional, courteous and above all they do what they say they’re going to do.....and the house sold within a week!
