From viewing to the issue of the memorandum of sale both Jackie, who came with me on the viewings of 3 properties and Alice who followed up with me the following day were excellent.
They made the process of choosing a house and making the first steps in the process both easy and stress free.
I am looking forward to working with the rest of the team as my sale progresses.

The team at Nicol and Co have been so wonderful, as a first time buyer I’ve needed a lot of hand holding and I’ve felt kept in the loop at every turn of the process, from start to finish Lucy was an absolute trooper showing me around 1000000000 properties until she one day opened the door to the last one.. saying ‘I think this is the one’ and she was right it was! I’m now over the moon to have found my first home! Kat who dealt with the sale it’s self has been nothing short of a miracle worker going above and beyond to help me with all the paperwork and being so clear kind and reassuring , jakeybabes who was always so warm and chirpy whenever I rang , Alice who gave me the exiting news of my offer being accepted and anyone else who I’ve come into contact at the company with have been wonderful! Can’t recommend enough!

My experience from start to finish, through viewings and eventual property offer was first class.
From Alex who handled my first enquiry to Harvey who managed a viewing, then Alice who supported us through another property and ultimately to our offer, were all first class, stand out a really good experience.
Thanks also to Lucy and then Molly who called me today to congratulate us on our purchase!
The fact that I know and actually remember all the names of the team that supported us through the process should be testament to my recommendation!

I haven’t moved for 42 years. It was a terrifying thought and I had to find somewhere else to live, also terrifying. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.
