I am so grateful for the service we have received. I am in the process of buying my first home through Nicol & Co. Jake actually notified my partner & I about the home we are buying before it went on rightmove! Alice went out of her way to make sure that we were able to view, answered all of our questions, before, during and after the viewing. Alice showed extreme professionalism, and made a daunting process nothing other than exciting! We have already heard from Kat chasing solicitors (we only had our offer accepted 2 weeks ago!) and she has explained what happens when. They have all made this process easy, and considering I've never bought a house before this support is exactly what is needed.

We used Nicol & Co to sell our property and couldn’t have been more impressed with the care and professionalism they showed throughout. Communication was excellent, and their modern, leading approach to marketing really stood out compared with other agents in the area.<br><br>Although our onward purchase unfortunately fell through, Alice and Molly were fantastic throughout the process and a real credit to Nicol & Co. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I haven’t moved for 42 years. It was a terrifying thought and I had to find somewhere else to live, also terrifying. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.
