Our first time of using Nicol and co at Worcester offices. I’ve mainly been the contact point during our house purchase. I cannot find any reason for not rewarding them with 5 stars. Alice has kept in contact all the way through to get the sale on track, Jake was so helpful also. If needed we would use Nicol and co in future. Well done!!!.

I haven’t moved for 42 years. It was a terrifying thought and I had to find somewhere else to live, also terrifying. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.
