Alice and her team at the Worcester branch were amazing throughout the process of helping us find our new home. They were incredibly fast, efficient, and always kept us updated every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they gave us lots of helpful advice that made the whole experience much less stressful. We really appreciated their professionalism, friendliness, and support, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent.

We are currently buying and selling through Nicol and Co and have had a great experience on both sides. From our first interactions with Robin within valuations through to compliance. We were fortunate to have a lot of interest in our property which made for a large amount of viewings. Alice, Jake and the team were very proactive and worked around our commitments to schedule viewings quickly and efficiently with little hindrance. While buying, we have been viewing with Heather who looks after new builds, again she worked around our schedule with short notice viewings, was very informative and new the plot and development inside out. A great team to guide you through!

I haven’t moved for 42 years. It was a terrifying thought and I had to find somewhere else to live, also terrifying. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.
