Dowens are a complete disgrace so avoid like the plague.They take money off you upfront to sell your home and do nothing to sell it, they don't vet who they send round to view your property and the pictures that are taken of your property are from a mobile phone of poor quality. After leaving Dowens to go with a more professional agent they refused to return my money I paid upfront for selling my home which they never did and never would and then called me threatening me that I still needed to pay their fee if my property sold with the other professional agent. Be warned they are liars and thieves and the worst estate agents in Hartlepool, STAY AWAY.... Read more
