17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I had such a fantastic experience with this estate agent. Sophie, in particular, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As I’m new to the area, the whole process could have felt quite overwhelming, but she really went out of her way to make everything feel easy and reassuring. She has this rare ability to make you feel like you are her only client, always giving you her full attention and making you feel genuinely looked after throughout the whole process. She was incredibly polite, highly professional and always went above and beyond. Every time I spoke with her, she made what can often be a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. It honestly felt like I was dealing with a friend who was truly invested in helping me find the right home and settle into a new area. All of the team were also lovely whenever I called, but Sophie really stands out as an exceptional asset to the company. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her and the level of service she provides. I would highly recommend them and especially Sophie, to anyone looking to buy or rent a home.

17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)The valuation was great, the woman was lovely and photos were excellent. The communication stopped after a few weeks. The house was listed with 2 agents, when I did a viewing with the other party they said about how they'd tried to contact holbrooks and couldn't get through. I received a call about a viewing after no contact for weeks and told them the there had been an offer on the house and was sols stc, the woman rudely said you could have told us. I would have if there had been any contact! Overall wouldn't recommend them.

One phone call to Northgate made us feel completely confident that we were in good hands, Jess was our 'on the ground' contact, Gary sorted the IT nuts and bolts and the whole thing has been painless and a delight. Our previous experiences had not been good so I couldn't be happier to have found Northgate and the Billingham team.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.
