3rd Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Staff rude abusive, whilst working on a property trades man and estate agent dumped a large amount of commercial waste in a neighbouring property, when approached they became abusive and threatened a resident as well as an enforcement officer. After contacting Bridgefords to resolve this issue they denied any involvement and when evidence was provided they phoned the police and made a false report about being threatened. I would advise you do not contact this company. This business name is also a front for several rogue landlords.

This was our first time selling and buying and thus had lots of questions, but no question was too much trouble. They were always available via phone or email. All staff from Craig who came to value the property, to everyone in the office and the staff who came to show us around properties were extremely friendly and professional, and put my nervousness at ease. Highly recommended.

19th Apr 2024 (4 days ago)Michael Poole were quickly able to get us a viewing on a property we were interested in. This was key for us as we were under time pressure to find a property to buy. Throughout the purchase process there was an open line of communication, and despite some confusion on the sellers part in regards to close out date, everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard. The staff were polite and courteous and the welcome gift once we got our keys was a nice touch.

20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
27th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Communication is always relevant & timely. Their Support, guidance & knowledge of the process I found invaluable. If I ever needed to move house again then these are the first people I would call. I would highly recommend Moovd to everyone & anyone planning a move.

14th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Elite Estate lettings took £250 from my son as a deposit on a flat - the referencing agency they used was flawed - my son lost the flat and Elite Estates (Janet) refused to give him his deposit back telling him that they had to pay it to rightmove referencing agency. This is a lie - and not returning his deposit is illegal:Beth McGuire (from Rightmove referencing) wrote: “We as Rightmove Landlord and Tenant services do not take any fees or deposits from applicants for the use of our services. Therefore we have no funds to refund your son in this instance, this is taken and held by the letting agent as the person managing the property for the landlord”. This is illegal: From the Saturday Times Money - Charges for viewings and reference checks: Charging for viewings, reference and credit checks have been illegal in England since the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and they are also banned in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some letting agents are still getting this wrong, though. There are also multiple examples on social media of tenants being asked for “application” or “viewing” fees once they inquire about a property. Tsuman said: “An application fee will most likely be a prohibited payment. My advice is to not pay this and instead register with a reputable agent who will not charge you any fee to find your next home.” Anyone who has been asked to pay to view a rental property should report the listing and agent to their local Trading Standards team. If applicants believe that the listing is a scam they can report it to Action Fraud and contact the online platform hosting the advert, such as Facebook, to ask for it to be removed. This insinuates Elite letting agency, Durham is a disreputable letting agent. I want my son’s deposit returned immediately.
