This property was sold subject to contract within two days of going on the market. Communication was first class - keeping us well informed and updated with each development in the selling process. The brochure was informative and the agent was well prepared for our meeting with examples of similar properties currently for sale within the local area. We discussed and agreed a sensible sale price for the property following the visit and the process was simple and efficient. The staff were courteous and well informed. Additionally, there were options to arrange visits in my absence, key collection, house clearance as required and the appointment of a solicitor if requested. Ultimately, this agent sold the property for a fair price within two days - what more could I ask for!

So far so good accepted an offer from a buyer within a few days of the property going on the market.
So well pleased. Fingers crossed all goes to plan and we complete the sale.
Kelly came out to value the property and had done a lot of research prior to coming out, very impressed with that so awarded the contract to Dowen .

Complete satisfaction with every aspect of the service provided, valuation, initial contact (Sarah) , office function (David), fee structure, brochure, photos inc overhead, feedback all excellent. Highly recommended, best we have ever used in 50yrs. Anyone selling their home must get a quote.

Signed for a no fee deal including legal fees. Paid £200 up front. The buyer of my property dragged on for months resulting in me losing my house purchase. Dowena then refused to pay the legal fees despite the agreement costing me over £400 in fees for nothing. Very immoral company.

No communication. I needed to ring to get any updates one viewing in 6 months. Shop only open till lunchtime on a Saturday. Went 3 times to speak with them, on a Saturday and the shop was closed. Before lunchtime reduced price one week later went into the shop to tell them that the property was still full price in their window. paid nearly £900. For pictures and one media post on rightmove. So not good value for money.which I cant get anything back I needed to ask for my contract which they emailed to me after six months,to find out that no money would be given back not told this when I signed. Property does not sell its self need a good agent to push your property and tell you full details before you sign agreement.
