Smith and Friends have kept us up to date every step of the way so far and have answered all our questions in detail. Nothing has been too much trouble. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The valuation was spot on and we sold our house in just over 2 weeks from listing, much quicker than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend using them if you are considering selling your property.

We where happy with the 1% fee. The initial meeting and photographs were smooth and the advert went live on right move, Zoopla and on the market quite quickly. The communication was good when booking viewings although we opted for the estate agent to do viewings there was not always someone available and we had to show the house ourselves. The property was shared once on the estate agents Facebook page but it wasn't repeated as far as I'm aware.

Smith and Friends are a very helpful and professional agent. This was our first time selling and buying and thus had lots of questions, but no question was too much trouble. They were always available via phone or email. All staff from Craig who came to value the property, to everyone in the office and the staff who came to show us around properties were extremely friendly and professional, and put my nervousness at ease. Highly recommended.

Not once but twice I was gazumped by this estate agent. After I had an offer accepted they still continued to show people around the property. Would highly recommend anyone to use any estate agent to these. Very poor communication and clearly not trustworthy.

I have been very happy with the service I received from Robinsons. They undertook all the viewings and kept me informed of any feedback from potential buyers.
Staff are friendly and helpful and have done everything required to sell the property under difficult times brought about by Covid 19.
