Very poor service. Only interested in selling 2 mill + properties. Thy boasted that they deliver quality not quantity when it comes to getting viewings with prospective buyers and they delivered neither. V arrogant.

The only place to sell a boat in London. Rohan provided excellent professional, reliable and accurate service to sell my boat in St Kats. He knows boats and the local piers rules and regulations. He was easy to contact, replied quickly, gave honest feedback and stayed positive! Selling a boat in a tricky property market and most importantly navigating the sale to completion with the correct paperwork and timings.

I rent a flat with these agency in Riverlight Quay. The fridge in the property doesn’t work for more than three months now! The agency said that we don’t manage the property and the landlord is abroad. Now that my contract is close to the end , I got 5 calls from Riverhomes agency saying that landlord wants us to do viewings And we need to get access to the property! But when I ask for the fridge, no body answers me. Last time they told me that landlord paid some money to agency to fix this problem but I haven’t heard anything until now. I am basically paying 2,600£ per month for a flat without a fridge!

Sabrine and Erin were very pleasant to deal with. It felt nice to not be 'rushed' into making a decision like many other agents tend to do. Overall the service has been very professional, welcoming, and 'light,' and our questions and concerns have been dealt with quite quickly.

I have met numerous property agents in London but Sabrine was by far the most helpful, professional and friendly agent, very easy to deal with (24/7), she understood what I was looking for very quickly. She negotiated with the landlord the rent on my behalf and has been brilliant! I am a student in London and will definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Erin has been great with all the paperwork! Great team together!

Grahame Hall was completely instrumental in making a purchase happen last year. We were dealing with an extremely drawn-out and complex set of circumstances, and it is fair to say that if it had not been for Grahame, we would likely have given up and looked elsewhere. With his mix of enthusiasm, hard work and sheer determination, he helped us to buy a beautiful property overlooking the Thames. Grahame is someone you can trust. Highly recommended!
