I very much enjoyed renting my current residence with RiverHomes. They were über professional at all stages both before and after signing of the deal and moving in.
In particular they were highly detailed oriented, highly responsive, understanding and followed through our various requests.
I normally dread dealing with real estate agents (I have experience in NYC, Melbourne and London) and this was my first pleasant experience.
I'm not sure what their secret sauce is, but I had interactions with at least 5 people from the company and they were all female ... Correlation? Causation? I'm not sure, but highly suggestive ...

We have experienced RiverHomes as tenants (our daughter), buyers, owners and landlords since 2016. In each role we felt very well taken care of and it was a pleasure to have RH’s friendly people and their professional efficiency on our side.
Lateley the whole process of putting our flat on the rental market by RiverHomes was thorough and efficient as well as smooth and easy for us. We had suitable tenants within one day.
The letting team is very experienced, constructive and hands on. Communications can’t be better. Leanna, Ines, Sara and Annabel are an amazing team.
As my wife and I do not live in the UK , we therefore depend on a reliable organization on-site in London. We are looking forward to furthering our good relationship with RiverHomes over the coming years.

Excellent team, thanks to whom we managed to complete pretty much stress free and a lot quicker than we expected. Special thanks to Caroline D. for convincing the sellers to choose us over another offer they had, recommending solicitors that proved to be excellent (we were hesitant to use them at first, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions) and chasing where appropriate to help us get over the line as quickly as possible. Her experience and responsiveness from start to finish made a big difference.
