Formed by myself Hugo Rodrigues, I have been in estate agency for over 15 years and was fed up with how I saw other agents work and how they treated customers with there flashy gelled hair and flashy cars and talking rubbish.
I thought that’s enough and A casa estate agents was born to serve customers properly without all the nonsense just old fashioned honesty and hard work which always pays off

Incompetent and unprofessional !!!!!! Customer service is poor, failing to return calls, and miss advertised information about the property. He still has the keys to our purchase three weeks on. I had to change the locks, after giving up. I think he must have copied and pasted his "about us morals " from another agent

We signed up with a casa not because of their reputation but because of Hugo. when we met him we felt an air of honesty and genuuinity that we believed in. he managed to w ok our house within 48 hours but due to no fault of his own our chain collapsed and he sold the house again, which again due to no fault of their collapsed again. they then sold our house a 3rd time within 4 months and we exchanged yesterday. their service throughout has been nothing but professional, they have been chasing online solicitors who have proved 'challenging' to get hold of in our chain and really did go above and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to sell through them again if needed (hopefully no time soon). they really are one of the good ones!

This is our second review (original one below). Due to personal reasons the original house sale fell through, even though Hugo had sold it so we were unable to continue with the chain. After sorting out our issues, a year on we decided to sell again and had no hesitation in using Hugo and his team. He was more than happy to support us in every way like the first time and even in a very stagnant market, Hugo managed to find a buyer in a quick time frame. I have mentioned before but have to emphasise I would recommend anyone selling a house to give Hugo a call. Due to Hugo’s continuous efforts, we were able to secure the house of our dreams. A big thank Hugo and it’s really good staying in touch - not only were you our estate agent but now a friend.
I cannot recommend Hugo and his team strongly enough. I have moved house numerous times, and I can safely say, without a question of doubt that Hugo and Acasa have been the most supportive, informative and genuinely caring team of Estate Agents. If you are thinking of moving, you really need to give Hugo and his team your first port of call!

I can't recommend A Casa estate agents enough I was looking for flat to rent I am only 18 yrs old none of the others agencies took me seriously only A Casa estate agents and helped me find the perfect property thanks to Hugo and the team !!

I was just enquiring about flats and the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. Didn’t pressure me into renting a place or anything not like the other agencies, just really good customer service.

Disgusted by the use of the word BULLSH#T on a leaflet posted through my door for my daughter to see!!!. We should all be teaching our children the use of bad language to get any point across shows a lack of intelligence, literacy and ignorance yet they feel this adds to their 'professionalism' . I hope the general public see he's insulting them by thinking this low level advertising and insulting competitors makes him a good choice
