I would highly recommend the team at Abbots. Annette, Darren, and Eve were incredibly supportive throughout the process of selling our property. They were always on hand to provide prompt and helpful advice. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience stress-free. No matter who I spoke to, they all knew me and were able to provide support. If I was unable to get ahold of anyone, they would always call back within an hour. Darren and the team were amazing, although buying under modern method auction ( which I wasn’t happy with) Darren and the team supported me through.. nothing was ever too much trouble , Darren arranged and met me at the property each time I needed to visit, and on completion (which only took 2 months) and collecting the keys I felt like they were celebrating with me (I know it’s their business). But I truly felt supported throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion would thoroughly recommend Darren and the team

Annette and Darren could not have been more helpful or friendly. We had a difficult house to sell and they helped make the process less stressful with great communication and a smiling face every time I popped in for an update.
They found the perfect buyer for our property when other local estate agents had failed.
We also use the mortgage advisor who works with abbotts, Paul, over the years he has been a great help and is a fountain of knowledge.

After trying to sell my property for two and half years using multiple estate agents, I decided to employ the services of Abbotts following a great conversation with the branch manager, Annette and her sales colleague Terry. Annette took my problems on board and showed great sympathy, whilst conveying an air of confidence that she could sell my property. Shortly afterwards the property sold and she also found a great property for me to purchase. The great service didn’t stop there. Annette’s team, initially Ria and then Katie, carried out regular chasers to solicitors and also provided regular updates to me throughout the whole process. I never had to chase them once, they always beat me to it!
Late on in the purchase there were some last minute problems posed by the seller and this is where Katie shone. She really took ownership of the situation and made it her duty to make sure my move went through. I really felt the whole time that Katie had my best interests at heart. Annette also took over when Katie wasn’t in the office and both of them were like ‘Pitbulls’ to get the move over the line.
We definitely couldn’t have done it without their help - they were worth every penny.
