We recently used Williams and Donovan to sell our property, and also ended up purchasing our new home with them.
We decided to go with Williams and Donovan to list our property because they were very honest in their valuation of our property and took time to explain the importance of not over valuing the property as other estate agents we looked at had, and also the statistics they have in selling properties in the area were way above the rest of their competitors.
They were very helpful throughout the Sales process calling us to provide feedback on viewings promptly, and arranging them at our convenience. Once our property had sold we were looking for a new home to buy. Just like with the Sales they were able to organise viewings of properties for us to buy in a professional manner. When we found our home and had our offer accepted, Paul and his team did an exceptional job of managing the chain and providing updates from all sides.

Williams and Donovan worked tirelessly every day and, without question, gave some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. Cannot recommend them enough, especially the wonderful Lloyd.

Ian and his team were a real delight and sold our house first time, every time. I say 'every time' as we sold our house to the first people that walked in the door each time someone else dropped out due to financial backing falling through or other reasons beyond our control. W&D were a true support when the sellers kept backing out and never gave up on us.

Poor communication, letting agent didn't even turn up to our first viewing, then re-arranged for a second one, after liking the flat we attempted to enter into a tenancy agreement. But after the horrific lack of communication, and being given incorrect details: (e.g - website says one thing the store says another, conflicting information in tenant handbook etc) we decided that it wasn't worth the money or the hassle.

To be honest, I don't know how this company previously had 5 star reviews, it could be that perhaps they simply didn't want us as tenants and deliberately treated us in this way as a result. Either that or the customer service is just poor.

I'd never go anywhere near this company again.
