The photos by Jo where excellent, Jo understood our wishes and wasn’t pushy, she went at our pace during the whole process keeping in touch every couple of weeks until we were ready to market our property. Once sold Chelsea took over and kept the solicitors on their toes, through to completion. Would recommend Amos not only for their services which is 1st class but also for what Colin and his team do in and around the community free of charge, this goes the extra mile. Advertised a flat as freehold when not. Now changed it. Still haven't answered any questions about the 135k 1 bed flat in Rochford regarding lease period, service charge or ground rent. Advertising without EPC rating which is a legal requirement. Basically shoddy and trying to pull a fast one on first time buyers who don't know what questions to ask. Will be reporting to Trading Standards if they don't get the information on their website by tomorrow.
