We work for some of the biggest companies in UK who provided real references but not good enough for this agency. Avoid this agency!!!..Nop, is not a new account we just want to show how your lies and actions impact our lives. This are totally honest reviews and we can prove that by official papers.

22nd Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have been with this Estate Agent for 12 years that they have been managing the flat that I was renting. Tommy, who currently manages the property for my landlord, was always very helpful and always polite. And if anything needed doing in the property, he would always get it sorted. A very polite young man and very professional. We kept the flat in excellent condition and have had no issues in receiving The deposit back. So I’m pleased to say we had no issues with this Estate Agent very happy.

Would also like to mention Calum and Reece for all their hard work behind the scenes. Would recommend them to anyone selling and I will be using them again in the future!

However, when you have the right professionals working with your needs. Then Blackshaw Homes ticks all the boxes! Our main point of contact was with Perry. He is a lovely communicator and not pushy at all. There is no arrogance either from any members of staff from Blackshaw Homes. Trust me, I've experienced it all. There's a sense of trust and genuine feeling from this agent Thank you for helping us to sell and buy through your business .

We were having issues with the very bottom of the chain but Paul Dunne went above and beyond to pull it together. There were times when we considered pulling out of the sale because it was becoming so stressful but Paul was brilliant, he took over liaising with all the parties involved and took the stress away from us. I can't thank Paul enough for making this happen so that we could move into our lovely new home. Thanks again Paul x

We had a difficult house to sell and they helped make the process less stressful with great communication and a smiling face every time I popped in for an update. They found the perfect buyer for our property when other local estate agents had failed. We also use the mortgage advisor who works with abbotts, Paul, over the years he has been a great help and is a fountain of knowledge.

Jess is excellent at communicating, always keeping me in the loop and responding quickly to any issues. She handles everything with efficiency and professionalism, making sure things are resolved fast. It's clear she genuinely cares about delivering great service. Highly recommend!
13th Nov 2024 (20 days ago)Cameron seemed helpful, but I’m not sure I fully trust this company or who they use for referencing, check reviews on FCC paragon before handing over a holding deposit, seems we were destined to loose £420 from the start. Easy way of making money I guess. The house we viewed was beautiful but should easily have been snapped up, perfect location for commuters so it’s shocks me it’s still available, probably taking a few more ‘holding deposits’ a big con sadly.
