17th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Thankx to Zoe Bailey at Reeds residential in southend on sea, she went extra mile to get my family a place to stay, after 4months of searching for accommodation.most of the residential agency's could not help, even we had money to pay rent for 3 months. As first time tenants it was so difficult to get help from the agency,,we viewed more than than 50 houses In the past 4months, westcliff on sea. Leagh on sea, and Southend-on-Sea.. But we could notbe offered.. To my surprise most of the of the house we viewed are still empty and not occupied.. Most south end housing agency to be honest are very difficult to deal with and very unhelpfully. But Zoe Bailey at Reed residential and was super star for us..

He went over and above and is so easy to speak to. If we are ever thinking of I wouldn’t go with anyone else. 12th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)I can’t thank Richard Poyntz enough for helping me and the kids find a place to rent, it’s really tough out there, as so many people are renting now and they go so quick, but they was so good and knew I wouldn’t have anywhere after my deadline and they tried to help me in every way possible. They are all such lovely people in there and the best state agent agencies around, I have always used them, as I know how good they are. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent.

Dan took wonderful photos, a great advert and sold my property within 2 weeks! They always answered the phone, kept me informed and you really feel like you are in safe hands. I cannot recommend them more!

The team at Hunt Roche were excellent always in touch and helped us through a few bumps in the sale process. I highly recommend GetAgent and Hunt Roche.
20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)I would give 10 stars if I could! Alette has been nothing short of amazing. The whole process was quick and streamlined and Alette made sure I was informed through each step. The viewing was booked immediately, no need to chase with endless phone calls as opposed to other agencies I had to deal with. Application form was immediately sent to the landlord and I was lucky to receive a positive response the following working day! Everything else is done online. The systems Turner use are user friendly and cover everything a tenant may need to know or do. The cherry on top - when I went to pick up the keys from the office Alette had a goodie pack ready and a lovely card for me and my dog. The little details that make the difference! On top of that I was lucky to find some lovely landlords who made sure I had some presents in the flat when I arrived. Honestly, I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the service!

Darrell managed to get the lease drawn up agreed and signed with the landlord within 3 days. Top Class Service. I would Highly recommend them to anyone.

Their valuation process is great and would make any seller confident to list with them. They are always on hand to offer advice without expecting anything back!

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
