Horizon recently completed the sale of home in Ashingdon. They worked tirelessly to beat the Covid lockdown obstacles finding solutions to keep things moving. It was a complex sale and the office Mgr went the extra mile to ensure excellent communication which was extremely important. The senior team fought tigerishly to track progress & chase down the seemingly endless problems. Their commitment with support from the wider team, finally pushed things over the line to enormous relief. They were forever positive & handled everything in a highly sensitive way for which I am especially grateful. Thank you. Tim.

First contact at point of valuation was extremely good. Unfortunately lots of miscommunication from their side afterwards, even got blamed for this. Had to request feedback on almost every viewing.
Seemed that after we signed up it was over to us to sell our property.
Very rarely was anyone ever available to do the viewing when we were told at first that all viewing would be done by the agent as they were the professionals.
They even cancelled a potential buyer who was doing their second viewing instead of postponing viewing by 1 hour.
Shop around for your estate agent. Go elsewhere but if you don’t please be cautious, many many properties on their books for many months at the same price, no advice or feedback on how to sell.
We went elsewhere to Williams & Donovan and couldn’t believe the difference in service, advice and contact.

Doesn't deserve one star to be honest!
Has taken over a month to get a reference to move out and still haven't got it even though I have paid for it. Quick to take your money.
And also I've had no hot water in my flat for 2 years!! Can you believe that, its against the law!! No contact with the landlord at all, I paid £420 maintenance fee. And no matter how many times I contact them they don't do anything and no maintenance has been received. Will be asking for my money back and taking the whole company to court.

Disgusted by the use of the word BULLSH#T on a leaflet posted through my door for my daughter to see!!!. We should all be teaching our children the use of bad language to get any point across shows a lack of intelligence, literacy and ignorance yet they feel this adds to their 'professionalism' . I hope the general public see he's insulting them by thinking this low level advertising and insulting competitors makes him a good choice

Disgusting service from this “company”. After weeks of waiting and excuse after excuse & contradictions, they finally said they would do the repair, but then when I phoned them, they said it depends if another emergency comes up. Unbelievable!
The problem is a leaking pipe that they don’t seem to care about, ruining my patio.
Also another matter I raised, a garden full of rubbish is still out there after at least a year!!! I don’t believe they will do anything, and can’t trust what they say, so I’m ending up doing it myself, at least I know it will be done!!!
If they bother doing anything I will update
