The reviews cant all be wrong!! Late Friday evening they added a property for let in the heart of St Johns Wood for a great price and the pictures looked amazing. I called in the following morning and was told it was already letted and that they could offer me other flats. I said no thanks and thought wow that was fast. Next Friday they again added the same property and I sussed their game. To test my theory I called at 9am the next day (today) and was told the property had already been letted and they could offer another much lesser property!!!! Yeah right. A very unethical way of misleading the public to generate interest. I would recommend that you take head of all the negative comments on here as there is no smoke without fire and certainly I have proved that they lack the integrity I would expect from a reputable company.

Abdel gave me a very good service from when we phoned till we conducted the viewing. Unfortunately the property wasn't for us but we will only use him and Abbey properties for property searches the company is very helpful and always answers calls and emails.

Would give a zero if I could. Very unprofessional, does business unethically and withheld all my money (deposit and rent) without providing access to the property. Had to report them to the Property Ombudsman.
