Arranged a viewing. Sent a text message to confirm, but there is no one to meet me at the property. Furthermore the person who currently rents the flat said he is not leaving the property for another 4 months, this clearly not being advised on the website. Tried calling numerous times to speak to Jay but nobody answered the phone. This being midweek during the day.

That’s ridiculous and unacceptable.

Would give minus if I could. The agent lied to us that the new landlord was informed about our updated offer. Accidentally we found the owner’s details and found out that he had no clue about this. The agent told us that the owner rejected our new offer( which had never sent) but at the end after exchanging many emails with the landlord, we got the flat. The agency does business unethically and withheld all our money (deposit and 6 months rent in advance) without providing us contract and inventory (it has been one month now). Unprofessional, untrustworthy, I don’t recommend this agency. Please, believe the reviews!!! Read all the other negative reviews!!! Don’t believe the positive ones written by them!!!
