Very professional service. Having managed my property for a number of years they then helped me sell my property for an excellent price. Being based overseas I had to entrust the property to Prime Metro and I am very glad in having done so.... Read more

A huge thank you to Mo Dehbi for the way he handled the purchase of my daughter's new home. Good communication and updates throughout - professional and thoughtful and above dedicated throughout the process. The purchase concluded last week but he continues to assist - is there such a thing as an honest Estate Agent? You will find him at Prime Metro ask for Mo, you will not be disappointed.... Read more

Had a great experience with Mo Dehbi & the whole team from the Swiss Cottage branch! We had quite a complicated time-sensitive situation in terms of property type as we are students. The first house that was presented to us corresponded perfectly to our demands & we were able to secure it thanks to this agency! Amicable, professional & very responsive team, thanks again!... very good service from Srdjan and the rest of the team except for Charla Dilan who was extremely rude when it came to signing the tenancy agreement, just because i needed a confirmation from my lawyer. Being rude to the customer/client is absolutely unacceptable.... Read more

My husband and I saw a great property with a broker from this branch and she mentioned that if we pay the one week deposit along with our application, the landlord would prefer us. That very night we transferred the money (we just moved from abroad so didn't fully know that the deposit is typically paid after landlord accepts our application, we trusted the broker). Couple of days later the broker says that landlord selected someone else. We were dissapointed and asked for our money back (to a foreign bank account). Two weeks later, after continuous follow ups from our side, broker tells us that we need a local bank account number. She also mentions that the landlord is now ok with us moving in. But we said no because we needed an immediate move in and went ahead with another flat. We provided the local bank details, and again for two weeks, the broker says they are following up with their head office and they said they had already transferred the money. We didn't receive anything. Finally, we asked for the transfer proof and after a week of back and forth they re-transferred the money to us. Long story short, it took 6 weeks to get our money back. Broker was responding on text and email (weirdly never replied to "all") but had a "it's not my problem/I am doing my job of coordination" attitude.... Read more

I would like to say that I have dealt with a professional, respectful and kind team. Out of 8 years of living in the UK and jumping from property to property and agency to the other, Prime Metro Properties has been the best experience I’ve had ever.
I would recommend it to my closest friends and I would always try dealing with them before any other agency.

1. Deducted deposit without agreeing steps on the DPS system.
2. Didn't give my friend a DPS code when moving in.
3. Haven't given back deposit for more than 2 months, without any appropriate responses.
4. Haven't replied at all to my friend's 7 emails requesting to return his deposit.
5. Deducted approx. 200 pounds for cutting some grass without providing any receipt.

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
