We just moved into our new flat with our two young kids - from a small flat in the heart of Primrose Hill to a gorgeous and huge flat in Swiss Cottage.
We cannot rate Malcom highly enough - put simply, he has been completely pivotal in helping us to get the flat we completely fell in love with at first viewing, despite so many factors not in our favour - including not even having our own flat listed for sale at that point. We are now in our forever home - which I still smile every time I walk into - and it was down to so many things that Malcom did that set him so much apart from any estate agent we have worked with in the past.
Just a few examples of just how he made this happen for us:
- He responded super quickly to my initial online request to view the property. While this may seem trivial, in my experience, this is not the norm and can be very frustrating esp. when a flat looks great and ticks so many boxes.
- We put an offer in the day after we viewed it, and he agreed to put it to the seller despite the flat being vacant and the seller looking for cash/non chain buyers only. He saw how much we fell in love with the flat and it was clear he really took that into account in him putting our offer across and helping us get accepted despite our still needing to sell our flat.
- We instructed him to list our flat as soon as the offer was accepted which he did really quickly - organising all the photos etc. for the website really speedily to accommodate our need to make the fastest sale possible. It was up online in a record c.3 days.
- But the most incredible thing was that he was able to secure a viewing from his existing network before the flat even went up online - not only did they put in an offer he was able to get them to the asking price at the initial offer.
- Malcolm was also instrumental right up to completion. Our buyers, solicitors, and our management company threw a few curveballs which caused several delays and in turn ended up putting our purchase at real risk - which would have been devastating for us. Were it not for Malcom going above and beyond in liaising with and between parties on all sides to agree on sensible and pragmatic solutions, we would have lost our dream flat as well as all the money we had invested in the process to that point. To sum, he totally pulled it out of the bag for us again and again.
- Also, more generally, from day one, he was totally responsive, no matter how many times I would text/call - always responding really quickly, with amazing patience, impeccable customer service, and a great sense of humour. I can also say with hand on heart, that he does what he says - completely reliable and also just a true pleasure to have him as our agent!

Very unprofessional, I would not recommand. They organized viewings for a property. We were the best offer, they told us we should receive a response shortly but after one week of us waiting we had to call them and they told us that the landlord finally decided he did not want to rent.

After five weeks of searching for a place to rent, based 5 hours behind, in South America, Vita Properties was the first agency to actually reply to the voice message I left after calling and receiving no answer.
To my surprise, Diana send me a Whatsapp late in the evening, when I was hopeless. But she ensured that we could view the apartment in the way that suited us best, providing us with an impeccable experience.

I randomly met Nouri Alexander at the entrance of our building on a Saturday morning as he was about to begin a viewing of a rental property. I later introduced him to my wife as the guy who would sell our flat and this is exactly what he did.
The team at Vita made the process seamlessly stress-free, whilst delivering excellent service levels: Intuition, savoir-faire, great insight into clients’ demographics, unflappable behaviour, promptest responses, and a genuine sense of welcome to their offices in Northways Parade. Above all, they do all this with a sense of humour.
Vita has changed my perception of the estate agent sector. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking to sell or purchase property in the local area.

I was absolutely delighted with the service provided by the company, and particularly Daniel who I met for the first time to show us the flat. I met Malcolm on the second visit to the property and they have been excellent to deal with my questions and queries, always answered my calls and been extremely professional. I can't recommend Vita Properties enough, and Jack in particular. We were looking for a rented flat in London whilst across the country in Manchester and Jack went out of his way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible with the flat we chose, despite not being able to see it in person. The other agents I dealt with were pushy, Jack was open and honest throughout the whole process and never pressured us. He was always available to chat and very knowledgeable. Nouri and the team are really amazing. Not only that they made the flat search and letting process a very smooth experience ( they are very professional, mediated nicely between and tried to get the best for both parties, they even brought a bottle of champagne when I got into the flat) but they were always helpful with the flat even if they are not managing the it. For eg, tonight my key broke and I could not get into the flat; Nouri went out of his way to find the spare key located in their office and brought it to me outside of working hours. Amazing service, amazing team, amazing Nouri. Cannot recommend enough!!????

Rudest staff. They lie to you about your deposit to claim more money back. They do not have your best interest, they just want your money.

I have used Vita properties for both sales and lettings and they have never dissapointed with the results. Although not the biggest and well known agency in north west London, after being introduced to them by a business contact of mine I was very impressed to say the least. They produced far better foot fall and offers than the more established agents who I had previously working on the properties. The last few of my ventures these guys have been my first point of call and their results speak for themselves.
