(Updated review): I unfortunately need to amend my review after our actual move-in experience. The first problem is that the letting agent, Sai, was not available to meet us at the flat and give us the keys, even though we had confirmed our arrival only a few days prior. It turned into an ordeal to coordinate getting the keys, and we had to wait outside in the rain before being let in (by someone NOT from Vita Properties). Once inside, we were horrified by the state of the flat. It was incredibly filthy, and many of the issues we were told would be fixed before moving in were not. There were many items, including a large area rug, that were not removed. Sai told us the flat was cleaned, but the amount of accumulated dust, pet hair, grime, filthy floors and surfaces, drains clogged with hair, toilet with feces in the bowl and urine on the seat, and much more are evidence that this wasn't true. (Sai did notify us about the left-behind rug, but only after letting us know she was suddenly on two weeks leave and wouldn't be able to meet us with the keys to the flat.) Vita Properties had more than a month to make the improvements we had discussed and to ensure the flat would be clean and move-in ready. As we moved in on a Thursday evening, we are stuck with the filth for several days before anything can be cleaned, as all of our cleaning supplies are in our shipment that won't arrive for weeks. What started out as a great experience ended in an absolute nightmare.
(Original review) Thank you for a smooth experience with our first flat in London! Moving internationally is a big deal and Vita Properties helped make the process easier than it could have been. Everything went smoothly and at a pace quicker than expected. In particular, Phoebe was quick to respond to our questions and assuage our concerns. Sai was particularly helpful, going out of the way to take measurements in the flat that we forgot to take. We're very happy with our experience working with Vita Properties!

We just moved into our new flat with our two young kids - from a small flat in the heart of Primrose Hill to a gorgeous and huge flat in Swiss Cottage.
We cannot rate Malcom highly enough - put simply, he has been completely pivotal in helping us to get the flat we completely fell in love with at first viewing, despite so many factors not in our favour - including not even having our own flat listed for sale at that point. We are now in our forever home - which I still smile every time I walk into - and it was down to so many things that Malcom did that set him so much apart from any estate agent we have worked with in the past.
Just a few examples of just how he made this happen for us:
- He responded super quickly to my initial online request to view the property. While this may seem trivial, in my experience, this is not the norm and can be very frustrating esp. when a flat looks great and ticks so many boxes.
- We put an offer in the day after we viewed it, and he agreed to put it to the seller despite the flat being vacant and the seller looking for cash/non chain buyers only. He saw how much we fell in love with the flat and it was clear he really took that into account in him putting our offer across and helping us get accepted despite our still needing to sell our flat.
- We instructed him to list our flat as soon as the offer was accepted which he did really quickly - organising all the photos etc. for the website really speedily to accommodate our need to make the fastest sale possible. It was up online in a record c.3 days.
- But the most incredible thing was that he was able to secure a viewing from his existing network before the flat even went up online - not only did they put in an offer he was able to get them to the asking price at the initial offer.
- Malcolm was also instrumental right up to completion. Our buyers, solicitors, and our management company threw a few curveballs which caused several delays and in turn ended up putting our purchase at real risk - which would have been devastating for us. Were it not for Malcom going above and beyond in liaising with and between parties on all sides to agree on sensible and pragmatic solutions, we would have lost our dream flat as well as all the money we had invested in the process to that point. To sum, he totally pulled it out of the bag for us again and again.
- Also, more generally, from day one, he was totally responsive, no matter how many times I would text/call - always responding really quickly, with amazing patience, impeccable customer service, and a great sense of humour. I can also say with hand on heart, that he does what he says - completely reliable and also just a true pleasure to have him as our agent!

I bought my property in London through Jonathan Singer of Vita properties. He is one of the kindest warmest human beings. As requested he showed me many properties which were exactly as per my requirements. Finally during my purchase also he was very active to answer all my queries.

Bought a place to live in for years to come with Vita.
From start to finish, their professionalism and conscientiousness were second to none. (A particular nod here goes to Jonathan and by extension, to Oliver.)
As far as I am concerned, Vita moved heaven and earth to ensure everybody is better off throughout. And to be crystal clear, they have been incredibly helpful and responsive “after the transaction” as well.
I cannot recommend Vita more. Feel free to contact me should you need more insights and feedback directly from a buyer.

Very unprofessional, I would not recommand. They organized viewings for a property. We were the best offer, they told us we should receive a response shortly but after one week of us waiting we had to call them and they told us that the landlord finally decided he did not want to rent.
Know your client! You wasted everybody's time and lead us to false hope!
