Rose & Co Estates is an excellent property agent who have been managing our property for eleven years since we have migrated overseas. During this time, Tali has done a wonderful job in looking after our property (first home in London) and always gives us practical advice and pragmatic solution when there is any maintenance issue. We have had several tenants changeover during this time and she has been managing the process seamlessly. The tenants we had are at the highest calibre thanks to her professional screening process.
Recently we have sold our property and Darren has been the mastermind behind the sale. As there were some complex issues involved and it was not a straight forward sale, he presented us a plan on how to tackle the issues and the expected delivery timeline. He has given us so much valuable advice on how to do the extra transformation in order to extract the best value out of the current market. His fountain of experience makes it an easy one-stop-shop in handling our sale.
Last but not least, Jeremy is perfect in executing our sale and has been looking after our interest in finding us a cash buyer aiming for a quick settlement. The first offer didn’t go through due to an agreement not reached (no fault of anyone) but Jeremy’s relentless effort in finding us another buyer is second to none. I cannot praise him more than enough for his professionalism, enthusiasm and smart working mentality.

I would give Rose & Co 6/5 stars if I could! I used Rose & Co during probate and they were extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. Jeremy was relentless, and his output was incredible. I had properties to sell on with 3 other agents, Rose & Co out performed them all combined and found buyers in no time. At no time did I feel like just another seller on their books.
My mother had used Rose & Co for her rentals and had a longstanding relationship with them, and I understand why.

In 2018, Jeremy from Rose & Co Estates showed us a 1 bedroom apartment in West Hampsted which we decided to rent. We've lived here for over 4 years and everytime we had an issue, Rose & Co helped immediately.

I've had an incredible experience with Rose & Co from start to finish. I've dealt with many estate agents in the past and can honestly say that Rose & Co are up there with the best. James was my contact person and his professionalism and ability to get things done are next to none. He cares about you as a client from a human perspective rather than seeing you as a business transaction. He went above and beyond so many times and even now when his official job of getting me into the flat is over, he still calls to make sure all is well. Poor service and disrespectful staff. The state agent asked me to be on a property by 8:45 and wasn’t able to be on time. I asked him for next time to not make appointments he can’t make and make me loose time. He started saying over the phone he wasn’t going to work with me and making excuses that they only work from 9 on and now he didn’t want to work with me. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful specially with clients that are being flexible and open.

I had a flat on the market with no offers at all, and not even many viewings, for far too long with another agent in the area before switching to Rose & Co. They were realistic about what I could get (unlike the previous agents) and they managed to get me a decent offer within a reasonable period of time, given the state of the market. Perfect service, house well managed without surprises, polite and professional people.
I stayed in a 1 bedroom flat in HIlgrove Road (Hampstead) for two years. They have been very professional and precise since the first day, answering promptly to any need of small repayment and security maintenance, I just had to write which the issue was on their website and received the service required in less then a week, every time.
They came to help in less than an hour the morning I forgot to take the keys and I remained locked outside the door with the need to reach the office asap, even thou it was before their office opening hours.
They always answered to my email within the same day.
They always asked the permission to show the house, understanding my needs as well, around the tenancy end, without pressing.
No issue in the deposit repayment at the tenancy end.
Strongly suggested.

Very poor experience.
We rented with them 2 times.
First time, they asked us whether we wanted to renew an annual agreement. They didn’t want to restart the 6month break clause tho... later we understood why: landlord decided to sell the flat and asked us to leave. Rose and Co was aware of that and they were aware my wife was 8 months pregnant.
But, they helped us finding a new place! Awesome right? No, after 6 months landlady moved in her brother and asked us to leave.. with a newborn.
I have many reasons to think that Landlady was aware that her brother could want the apartment and Rose and Co was aware too: for instance they called me asking some questions about the 6months break clause... only later I could connect the dots :(
The only adjective I can find to describe this real estate agency is: inhuman

Definitely would recommend over a large agency - there was a lot more attention and care put in compared to my past experiences. Have absolutely no complaints!

This family run estate agents is a breath of freshair in London, everything ran hassle from from the very first viewing up until we received our keys. James was always on hand to respond to our queries straight away and was more interested in offering great customer service and finding us the right place than only interested in getting a sale.. After flat hunting in london many times I could really see the difference from other estate agents which are not family owned and only interested in getting a sale.

Great experience. James, Rose and Estates Agent, has been very professional, efficient, kind and helpful.
I strongly recommend this small Agency more human than big ones.
I’m French and I can tell you than when you arrive a lot of agency didn’t try to understand my situation. I felt very often rushed and not taken seriously.
James was the opposite, patient with the langage, really checking my references and helping me for the utilities.

He kept me in loop as soon as a flat became available and my experience was seamless all throughout. He was professional, transparent, reliable and polite, and having had quite bad experiences with estate agents previously, the interaction was James was incredibly refreshing. The Rose & Co team had been amazing, during all the 5 years of my renting a flat on Greencroft Gardens.
They had managed the flat and the relationship between the Landlady and us brilliantly and when there were any issues with the flat they were sorted out swiftly.
Each and every Rose & Co team member is professional, knowledgeable and kind, but the most important factor to me to me was that we were treated like we were family. They were there when we need them and always came up with the best and most suitable long term solution fast.

We rented our first flat in London for 2 years through Rose & Co. They were extremely helpful. Every time we needed something we got a prompt response. They were very helpful with repairs, making sure it was fixed as quickly as possible and even helped me once when I got locked out of the flat with the keys inside. If I ever move to the area they work in I'll contact them again.

I've lived in the area for 4 years renting and wanting to buy. They are local and deal just with Goldhurst Terrace and attached roads. Rose and Co underprice the properties to generate interest then do a couple of open days with 50+ people turning up. They then enter blind bidding wars to push the price up. An old trick.

Darren and his team provided great local knowledge and support when we were searching for a flat to buy. They kept in touch for a number of years without pressurising us, were always responsive to questions, and facilitated viewings of properties placed with other agents. They then helped steer us through the actual purchase, and provided advice on a subsequent refurbishment. Very happy with them, and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking in the area

My Wife and I had rented a small studio flat with Rose and Co for 5 years, and I am utterly amazed at how helpful and considerate they have been.
When we first moved in we found the bed we ordered from Habitat would take 2 months to be delivered, James at Rose and Co. helped get ahold of a small bed they happened to have spare and helped carry it to the flat! Nothing was too much for them.
Any issues with the washing machine, building, garden etc they have been very quick to respond, we had an issue with our fridge and it was sorted almost immediately!
I know my landlady loves them as much as we do as I think she does all her flats through Rose and Co.
I'm so sorry we're leaving the area, sounds silly but would have loved to keep renting through them. Honestly, there are no words to show how much I appreciate their help, thank you James and Tali so much!
