He was of great help and very responsive, which helped smoothen the not always easy processes. We would recommend landlord to use KFH services when renting their properties.

He went the extra mile for my house move, dealing with all manner of back and forth with our new landlord over various parts of a new tenancy agreement. The communication was concise and clear at all times and we felt they really worked hard to get as many viewings as possible to enhance the chances of a sale. 22nd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.
10th Apr 2025 (14 days ago)Amazing experience. They are one of a kind, nowhere near any other experience we had with other estate agencies. From the start Jamie, Adam and Harrison have been simply great in understanding our needs and guide us throught the sale process. This was done in a very quick and timely manner with outstanding communication. Suzanne then helped us to close the deal and managed to get everything done before the stamp duty increase. Highly reccomend Jamie, Adam and Suzanne and the whole Paramount team if you are buying/selling a place.
10th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)I had a 3 year tenancy agreement (on a rolling basis) with Rochester Place, for property in Kentish Town and they have been very helpful from the beginning to the end. It is a very friendly professional team who would go out of their way to support their tenants. I remember, even on a weekend evening when a new tenant on the top floor had an issue with Key someone came to help. All issues were dealt with reasonably well and fast coordinating between landlords and maintenance teams. There wad hassel with my deposit return and even todate I still include Rochester place as my rental reference and they have been always supportive. From many of my friends I heard lots of negative feedback on London rental market, yet Rochester Place is one of those exception with their excellent service.

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!
